Storm – on hold for applications

Where all my Husky lovers at?!? It’s Storm here! And I’m waiting for you!

I am a chilled, laid back, relaxed boy but can be shy and nervous in new surroundings. I’m timid around new people at first, so can you please allow me to approach you first? You will know how I am feeling if you see my tail wagging and a big smile😄.

I enjoy hanging outside. I would love a back yard that I can have space to run around in and check things out. Or if I have a walking or hiking buddy, I’d be pretty excited! At times I may go “missing”, as I have a good spring to my step and hop that silly fence and take myself for a walk. I mean well by it. My foster mama panicked frantically a few times and has added a GPS to my collar so she finds me fast! She is smart, but I promised her I wouldn’t go far. 

I’m looking for someone who will help me with some basic behaviours (sit, shake, lay down) as I never learnt in my years so far. As a bonus, I am fully crate trained which I learnt a few weeks ago! It’s my safe place now. I am potty trained, however if I am left alone around the house, I get nervous and may mark. So it’s probably best to keep me in my safe place (crate) until I am comfortable. I do sleep on a dog bed at night, outside my crate, but my foster mama is around so I ain’t nervous and have a great sleep😴.
