Marshmallow – on hold for applications

Hello there! My name is Marshmallow, but my foster family calls me Tootie or Toots. I started being called Cutie Patootie but then we shortened it to Toots. When I was a few weeks old, I did not eat enough so my foster family had to feed me to ensure I gained enough weight! I got used to being held and got the most attention because of that!

I can be a bit of a talker – especially when it comes to new environments and loud sounds. If you adopt me, I will love to explore your home and gradually I will spend more time next to you as I learn to feel safe!

As mentioned, I have a voice and I’ll remind you if it’s meal time! I like to hide in and under things, I love chasing anything that moves, and I wind up to pounce on a toy from across the room. I love to receive scratches around my ears and neck. I also love a good scratching post and things to climb on. I love to play with other cats and find dogs interesting too. I am great with kids and have received lots of hugs and kisses from them since I was born.

I am used to being around my brother so I would be best in a home with another cat or 2! My fur is so soft and silky and I’m a rare, diluted orange color with brown eyes. I was the smallest of the litter so the vet says they think that I will be smaller when I am full-grown.

I’m really hoping to find a home that can give me all the time and love I deserve and where I can be part of the family!! Maybe that’s with you?
