Indigo

I am a beautiful and very sweet pure grey cat named Indigo but my foster moms call me Indy, sweetie, booboo, buttbutt and missy-lou.  It doesn’t really matter what they call me though, because I don’t respond anyway! I’m finally at the point where they can pick me up and cuddle, and I’ll stay on their lap, especially if there’s a cozy blanket under me. And I LOVE to be scratched under my chin!

I spend lots of time sleeping (often with one eye open) and I’m used to being alone when my moms are at work. I don’t find toys very exciting most of the time but every once in a while I’ll kind of go nuts with them. And then back to sleeping…

I love to hop into the empty bathtub, and if you turn on the tap I will likely lap up my day’s water. I’m very well behaved and don’t jump onto the kitchen counters. I also know that my tree is for scratching and I leave the furniture alone. And I’ve never missed the kitty litter box!

I enjoy a small amount of wet food twice a day and dry kibble for snacks. The vet says I’m very healthy!

My foster family LOVES me a lot and they know someone is out there who will love me just as much. Perhaps an older adult who would enjoy my company and cuddles?
