Gane

Hi everyone, I’m Gane. I am a pure black, soft kitty with green eyes that never look impressed, which makes my foster family laugh😂. I like to be around people, but don’t love sitting on laps or being picked up. I’ll tolerate it, but my green eyes won’t lie – I’m not a fan. I do love sitting on the window sill, though, to watch birds and outdoor life and then snuggling up on a blanket in a sunbeam. If you have a string to chase or a catnip toy, I could be enticed to run around and play. I’m pretty chill most of the time, so you’ll find me hanging out in warm spots like on a bed, under a bed, or on a pile of clothing. 

It took me a week or so to get used to my fellow GEARS’ dog, but she and I say hello once in a while, then leave each other alone. I also was nervous around my foster family at first, but now that I know them I want to be near one of them almost all the time, especially when it’s breakfast time (pssst, I like food).
