Hello! My name is
Critter – On hold for applications
Critter was born in GEARS’ care and is ready to find his forever home!’
Hi! My name is Critter. I am a happy and cuddly guy, but I’m still a puppy so I like to chew toys and test boundaries. I am very active and love being outside, I have even learned to trot beside a bicycle to make it easier for humans to exercise me when I get older. I like other dogs who are friendly with me, but can be a little unsure around dogs who are reactive or play too rough. Kids love me and I am very careful around them, so they don’t get scared of me.
I just love some good cuddles, and won’t say no to a chest rub! I love being around people, but sometimes if you are wearing a hat or approach too quick I can be a little nervous, but once I get to know you I am super sweet! I know how to sit, stay, lay down, shake a paw and weave through your legs. I am super smart and just want to please my family. Ultimately, I will do anything for food. I like to speak to the foster cat in my foster home and the humans when I want something from them.
I like going for car rides–whether it means we are going to the park or just out for a drive to run errands. I am house trained, my current foster family is around most of the time so I’m not alone very often, and I quite enjoy the company!!
If I sound like a good fit, apply today!
Behaviour note: Critter can be a little unsure around new people (particularly men), or overly rambunctious dogs. His ideal home would be able to help him build his confidence.
