Hey, I’m Darwin, and I DO believe in survival of the fittest, in case you were wondering. That’s why I spend all my time making sure to stay alert and in tip top shape! I’m always playing with my feline brothers and sisters. Sometimes they complain that I get too rough with them, but they’re just jealous of my strength. I’m also trying to keep them in physical shape so that they can keep up with me, but sometimes they don’t feel so motivated. Anything – and I do mean anything – can become a toy when you put your imagination to the test! Balls, strings, cardboard boxes… If cats are going to survive over all other species, we’ve got to get creative! I’ll let you in on a secret though – the real enemy is the human. They’re trying to make it look like THEY own US. No way! I make sure to attack their toes any chance I get – taking them down one digit at a time. And if they think they can hoard the food supply, they better think twice! I sneak into the cupboard and onto countertops to steal the human food when nobody is looking. Nobody is going to portion control my servings if I have something to say for it. Besides, with all the exercise I get training my other feline minions, I need some refuelling! I also try to escape their ruling whenever possible – every time, I get just a little bit quicker when that door to the great outdoors opens, but so far, they’ve managed to outsmart me. Try, try, try again, right?
Lastly, the biggest rule of survival of the fittest is to keep your friends close, but your enemies closer. That’s why I cuddle my humans and sleep beside them, or follow them into the bathroom. It’s DEFINITELY not because I actually care about them. Nuh-uh. And I FOR SURE don’t want to keep them entertained for a life time! If you wanna learn some tips about surviving (and want the challenge of failing to win against the superior race), fill an application to meet me today!
